As an actress Elizabeth has worked in many theatres in the UK including Manchester Lowry, Richmond, Newcastle Theatre Royal, Bath, Hampstead, The Gate and The Tricycle. Productions include ‘Marrying The Mistress’ (UK no.1 Tour), ‘Judgement At Nuremberg’, ‘Othello’, ‘Blue Remembered Hills’ and ‘The Libertine’ (both Time Out Critics Choice), ‘Intimate Exchanges’, ‘Unsent Letters’, ‘Laundry’, ‘Betany’, ‘Francesco’ and many more.
Elizabeth received a ‘Best Actress Award’ at the Sacramento Film Festival for her role in the film ‘Half Term’ which went on to gather another 6 International awards. Her other film work includes, Ian Softely’s (K-Pax, Inkheart, Wings of a Dove) new feature ‘Trap For Cinderella’ with Francis De La Tour and Kerry Fox, ‘Emulsion’, ‘Booked Out’ with Sylvia Sims, ‘Pastoral’, ‘The History of Chance’, ‘Cold & Dark’ with Luke Goss (Blade, Hell Boy), ‘Hive’ and ‘Croc’ with Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs). Elizabeth also has a PhD in Medicine and writes and presents scientific programmes for television. She produced the play FRANCESCO by performance poet Philip Wells which premiered in June 2012 and staring Diana Quick (Brideshead Revisited) and is writing a one-woman show ‘Six Characters in Search of an Author’.
